CSBBN Celebrates 5 Years of Growth, Advocacy, and Impact

On August 19, 2025, the Cambridge-Somerville Black Business Network (CSBBN) celebrated Black Business Month and its 5-year anniversary at 1175 Cambridge Street in Cambridge. The event brought together entrepreneurs, advocates, and allies to reflect on CSBBN’s journey since its founding in 2020 and to discuss the steps needed for Black-owned businesses to thrive.

Supported by the Sustainable Business Network, Cambridge Local First, and the City of Cambridge, and hosted by the Cambridge Redevelopment Authority, the evening featured food from local favorite Everybody Gotta Eat and highlighted the power of collaboration in building a strong ecosystem for Black-owned businesses.
